Terms of Service
Terms governing access to Advanced Mobility AutoHub Academy, enrolment, payments, and use of our platform.
Agreement
By accessing our website, enrolling in a pathway, submitting an inquiry, or using learner or organisation tools, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you enrol on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Our services
Advanced Mobility AutoHub Academy provides blended e-mobility and automotive training that combines Electude digital learning with locally delivered support, assessment, and optional practical components as described for each pathway and offer.
Course content, simulations, and digital modules are supplied under licence from Electude and partner materials. Your licence is personal or organisation-scoped as stated at checkout or in your organisation agreement.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate enrolment information and keep contact details current so we can deliver access credentials, practical scheduling, and certification.
You are responsible for safeguarding login details and for activity under your account except where caused by our fault.
Fees and payment
Individual pathway fees are displayed before checkout and processed through Paystack. Organisation pricing is agreed separately through a proposal or contract.
Prices may change for future cohorts, but confirmed purchases are honoured at the price shown at the time of payment unless otherwise required by law.
Refund and cancellation rules are set out in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or sublicense learning access except as permitted by your enrolment type.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt platform systems or third-party learning environments.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content through support channels or forms.
- Misrepresent qualifications, identity, or completion status.
- Use another person's login credentials or do any digital learning, practical training, or other learning activity on behalf of someone else.
- Attend in-person practical training or related activities without acknowledging that technical training, motoring, and certain associated activities are potentially dangerous; accidents can happen and may cause injury, death, or property damage or loss. You attend in-person events at your own risk.
Certificates and verification
Certificates are issued when published completion criteria are met. Verification codes are provided for third-party checks. Misuse of certificates or verification information may result in suspension and referral where appropriate.
Third-party services
Electude, Paystack, and other integrated providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Your use of those services may be subject to their policies in addition to ours.
Disclaimers
Training is provided for professional development. Completion of a pathway does not by itself confer a government licence unless explicitly stated for a regulated programme.
We do not guarantee employment outcomes, salary levels, or business results from participation.
Except where prohibited by law, the platform and content are provided on an “as available” basis.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law and applicable consumer protection rules, Advanced Mobility Africa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through support channels. If unresolved, courts in Nairobi, Kenya shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
